I so understand the impression you had. Lots of trash bags and not knowing what is in them. Happy to report that most of those bags are full of our recyclables that have been collected; the trash bags are actually their transportation to an outside recycling space. The bags are staged outside of the office for ease of transfer to the bins. As an aside, all of the composting leaves the office on Friday afternoons.
