Definitely needs regulating, much as ingredients and food content is.</description>

		<description>Coincidentally Which magazine recently did a test of green products and found that the tumble dryer balls that are meant to cut drying times and save energy do not work. They say at best they do nothing and at worst slow down drying.

Thought that was relevant considering:)</description>
